ABS-CBN has announced a new series called Agimat: Ang mga Alamat ni Ramon Revilla which will remake the classics of the iconic actor.

The Philippine FreeRunners were invited once again by ABS-CBN to perform in their morning show, Umagang Kay Ganda.

PHFR will demo Parkour and FreeRunning in a a closed and challenging environment, ABS-CBN's own campus.  The team will be Running starting 5:15am, 19th March 2009.  Catch a glimpse and discuss it in the Community.

Philippine FreeRunners will celebrate their first Anniversary this Sunday in the most unusual way.  Instead of doing the usual Parkour and FreeRunning, we decided to do a bit of Paintball action.  Two team, Parkour Team vs. FreeRunning Team, non-literal of course.

PHFR was invited by one of Ateneo's NSTP group to demo a bit of Parkour and FreeRunning for the depressed kids in QC area.

PK and FR spreads slowly in the Philippines, and the Association sees this as an opportunity to spread these disciplines to young kids and hopefully, divert their attention from doing drugs and other criminal acts.

Once a year, La Salle conducts an annual alternative course for their students.  This year, organizers EDGE 2006 invited the Philippine FreeRunners to introduce Parkour and FreeRunning as a set.

PHFR Instructors Raven, Savage Sam, and Jorell leaded the training.  The students was more than eager to learn the new disciplines and surprisingly learned it fast.

The annual UP Urban Arts Expo just finished yesterday with exciting line ups of activity to express one's art through the urban environment.  Philippine FreeRunners' trio was there to ignite the gathering crowd during the opening.  Jack TV, ETC, and other Solar Entertainment channel was there to cover the whole event.

Action & Fitness Magazine (A&F) featured the Philippine FreeRunners to illustrate basic Parkour movements and a bit of flair for FreeRunning. Raven also described how the group started FreeRunning in the Philippines.

Philippine FreeRunners just finished with the pictorial with Men's Health Philippines.  PHFR demonstrated how a Traceur or FreeRunner workout using their own body-weight and with the simplicity of an Urban Gym.

Expect the magazine to be released this April 2009.

Philippine FreeRunners performed live on Eat Bulaga as part of the opening program to demo a bit of Parkour and FreeRunning.  They've shown flawless flow that matches perfectly with the dancers.

Philippine FreeRunners will be featured on GMA's Unang Hirit on the 7th January 2009 to showcase Parkour and FreeRunning. PHFR will exhibit the difference between the two disciplines in terms of philosophies and movements.

Parkour Philippines will also join PHFR in the show.

Another year has passed and it'll be our first this coming March. Expect a lot of changes and a lot of big plans for the Community this Year.

The story revolves with a man who is deeply in love with a girl. It shows how he thinks about her despite of things that are happening around him in his 12 hours.

Yet another Parkour movie from one of the first Parkour based video game, The Prince of Persia: Sands of Time project of Disney and Jerry Bruckheimer.

Movie was scheduled to be released on June 2009, to take on Transformer 2, instead it was moved on May 2010 and will now be up against Shrek 4 and Marvel's Thor.

Not only will we run, but PHFR chosen team will perform as a jump start for the runners in this year's Men's Health Urbanathlon, which promotes good health and challenges the Urban Warrior within you.
