As injuries are unavoidable, safety measures are always to be taken in consideration during practice or training. Be knowledgeable when it comes to first aid situations.
Small cuts are common injuries, so take the usual precaution and disinfect them.
Sprains as these are common in high risk activity/sports (such as running, basketball, etc.) including parkour and freerunning, according to its seriousness, see a doctor.
In any circumstances that any injury during practice or training may result to a more serious implication, such as a fracture, concussion or blood loss, ask for help and seek medical assistance / consult a doctor.
Alertness is greatly advice to ensure safety during practice or training.
Don’t take risks. If you are not sure, don’t do it. You may be risking your life.
Respect public and private property.
Respect and listen to your body. Parkour and Freerunning is all about safety, of being safe, efficient, and moving freely.
